Jyoti Chowdhary: (Director) A multifaceted personality with a respect for tradition. Having a degree of Master in Fine Arts she is an accomplished painter. A born aesthete she makes her presence felt in the aesthetics of designing every project.

Khalil Herekar (Creative Associate): Khalil is an efficient Director who handles the creative co-ordination and supervision. He is responsible for development, progress and effective implementation and creative management of Samvaad's projects. His past experience includes directing 'Endangered Species' a serial for BBC Channel 4 besides having directed the acclaimed TV serial 'Tajurbe'. His direction portfolio also includes 'Dhoop Chaaon' a serial for DD1, a serial for DD1 on the occasion 50 years of India's independence, the Marathi serials Upkaar and Dattak Ghene Aahe. He was also associated with the Tele-film 'Devachiya Dwari' on Sant Gnyaneshwar.

Malini Mukherjee Sarkar: (General Manager Marketing) Highly experienced in the field of time selling, Malini Mukherjee heads the team of marketing professionals in Samvaad. Her past experience covers a spectrum of regional level programs, like Janmabhoomi, Ogo Priyatama, Bhanda Garar Khela, Singa Bahini, Pratighat, Bela O Bela, Katha and Bhorar Bhoirobi for DD Calcutta. Tasveer and Kabhi Ha Kabhi Na for DD Bhopal. Vishwamitra & Cinemaman for DD Lucknow. Her experience also covers DD National Network programs like 'School Days' and the prestigious mythological 'Geeta Rahasya' besides liaison for programs like Cinema Cinema. She now oversees the entire time selling of all Samvaad's slots.

Umesh Luthra: (Production Controller) A graduate from the National School of Drama, he is one of the most senior and highly experienced personality in the field of television production. He has been associated with Samvaad right from its inception as a theatre group.

Mir Muneer: One of the most respected writers in the Indian television industry, with a series of hits to his credit. He is a man who truly knows the pulse of the audience. He has been Samvaad's strength right from its inception. He has written for Samvaad's Bante Bigadte, Chunauti, Mujrim Haazir and Virasat. He was also associated with Samvaad's Intezaar Aur Sahi. Today Mir Muneer is the star writer on Indian television with Amanaat, Saans, Ashirwaad, Palchin, Hukumat, to his credit.

Ashok Vasant Patole: This reigning King of Comedy wrote Bante Bigadte and Chunauti. He gave us inspired comedies including Philips Top Ten, Shriman Shrimati, Teri Bhi Chup Meri Bhi Chup, Chutki Baja Ke, Tere Ghar Ke Samne, Idhar Udhar, Maal Hai To Taal Hai, Yes Boss, Abhi to Mein Jawaan Hoon, Methi Methi Batein. Besides he has written sensitive serials like Hasratein. Ashok Patole has also done umpteen regional language films and plays. Currently he is involved with Samvaad's Aisa Bhi Hota Hai.

Anupam Ghosh: An Arts graduate from Lucknow university he has been writing stories, screenplays and dialogues for over five years. He has been a journalist for a leading Hindi Newspaper, and has been involved with the theatre including acting and direction besides writing. The projects he has to his credit are as follows, Ghaav - Sony TV, 9 Malabar Hill - Zee TV, Haqueeqat - Home TV, Master Saheb - DD1, Agaaz - DD1, Chithi Aai Hai & Indradhanush - Sahara TV and Intezaar Aur Sahi - Samvaad's daily soap on DD1.

Rajiv Arpan: A young novelist who is a new entrant in Samvaad's writing team. After extensive research he has developed Baazaar Samvaad's ambitious project in the making.

Rakesh Chowdhary: Most prestigious projects are handled directly by its founder. He is an award-winning director who has won acclaim for his direction as well as for his casting. Having a strong background in writing and an understanding of the every aspect of making he is able to handle difficult subjects with ease. (Founder)

Ajit Shrivastav: The Episodic Director for Samvaad's daily Soap Intezaar Aur Sahi. He started his career assisting the likes of Basu Bhattacharya, Mukul Anand, and K Vishwanath. Today he is an accomplished director with well known serials to his credit, including Ye Shadi Nahin Ho Sakti, Is Duniye Ke Sitare, and Philips Top Ten (Salim - Anarkali Segments) Besides he has directed a feature film titled Sanmaan. Currently his second feature film Pyar Bina Kya Jina is on the floor. He is also a poet and an accomplished Tabla player associated with personalities like Ravindra Jain.

Sunil Prasad: Episodic Director of Intezaar Aur Sahi, Samvaad's Daily Soap for DD1. Sunil Prasad entered the profession in 1975. He was the Chief Assistant to Shantilal Soni the wizard of Indian Mythological Films. Sunil is known as a Trick Director. He has been involved with more than a hundred Feature Films. He did his first independent project in 1984.
He has handled projects like Banegi Apni Baat, Shanti, Itihaas, And Bandhan. Besides he has Directed Tele-films like Tohfa and Khoon Ke Asoon. His feature film 'Pyaar Pyaar' has been aired on Zee TV. He was also involved with an Indo-Mauritius Television Project.

Bharat Nerkar: Cinematographer from FTII (Pune) 1977 Batch. Faculty Member at FTII (Pune) for seven years. The projects to his credit are Samvaad's Bante Bigadte, Chunauti, Mujrim Haazir, and Virasat. Bharat's other work includes Campus, Amanaat and Challenge. Besides this he has done many assignments for regional Television. He went on a special assignment to the USA for the Television Serial 'Mahanagar'. He won the RAPA award for 'Best Photography' for Chunauti. He has also won a national award for a documentary on leprosy in 1988.

Sudhir Gawde: Is an accomplished Cinematographer with serials like Reporter, Aashiana, Raja Aur Rancho, Intezaar Aur Sahi, D-line, and Feature films like Akeli to his credit.

Yashodhara Roy: Daughter of Bimal Roy one of the icons of Indian Cinema, and an accomplished Costume designer in her own right. A large portfolio which includes serials like Vishwamitra, Shrikant, Mujrim Haazir, Virasat and films like Purush, Hazaar Chaurasia Ki Maa, and Govind Nihalani's Takshak.

Lovleen Bains: Her work is her description. A Costume designer from 1982. A national Award for Feature Film 'Muhafiz' 1994, Nomination for excellence in costume design by 'GINI' Canada's foremost film awards for her work on 'Such A Long Journey'. Samir Chanda: One of the foremost Art Directors in India. Every project a landmark, including Samvaad's Mujrim Haazir and Virasat.
